Terms and Conditions

​Thank you for your appointment request(s). We understand how important your preferred date, time, and technician are to you. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your choices, please note that occasional adjustments to the service provider’s schedule may be necessary to assist other clients. To ensure transparency, here are our policies:

Please be advice that you are responsible to being aware of our terms and conditions when booking your appointment. We will NOT be able to service you if you do not agree to and fill out our terms and conditions! 

Cancellation / No Show Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Your appointments are valued by our professional team. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling, allowing us to offer the reserved time to other clients.

 

While we understand unforeseen emergencies occur, frequent short-notice cancellations may prompt us to request a non-refundable deposit for future appointments. To enhance efficiency and minimize any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to reschedule or cancel through our online platform at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Failure to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee based on the cost of your scheduled service and require you to contact us at (908) 209 -1183 (text)

While in our studios

In consideration of others, please refrain from phone calls, playing music or podcasts without headphones, and engaging in loud conversations. Our goal is to provide a relaxing environment for everyone.

No Extra Guests

To maintain sanitation standards and respect limited space, we kindly request that you come to your appointment alone. Please make accommodations in advance if you are in need of chil care.
 

Late Policy

We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointments. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, their appointment will be automatically canceled. In such cases, the card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Please be mindful that our schedule is carefully planned to accommodate back-to-back appointments, and timely arrivals are essential to avoid delays that may inconvenience other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

  •  A $10 late fee is applicable is incurred after 10 mins of tardiness.

  •  Appointments will be automatically canceled after 14 mins, following our 100% cancellation policy.

  •  For your convenience, rescheduling or cancellations with 48+ hours notice can avoid a 100% fee.

  • No-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
